Processing & Dispatch
LunaDry is currently in pre-order. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received — pre-order customers are first, no exceptions.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation.
Domestic Shipping — United States
We ship to all 50 states via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected speed.
International Shipping
Yes, we ship worldwide.
Shipping rates and carrier options are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected delivery speed. We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL — our fulfillment system selects the best available option for your order, or you can choose your preferred carrier and speed at checkout.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country upon delivery. These charges vary by country, are outside our control, and are not included in your order total at checkout. LunaDry is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
We recommend checking your country's import duty rates for apparel before placing your order if this is a concern.
Shipping Timeframes
Shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, customs processing for international orders, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. LunaDry is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been dispatched.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please visit our Contact page and our support team will look into it within 72 hours.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but your package has not arrived, please first check with neighbors and any secure delivery locations at your address. If you are still unable to locate your package, contact us through our Contact page within 7 days of the delivery date shown in your tracking. We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
LunaDry is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the correct address. However, we will do everything we can to help resolve the situation.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you need to correct an address, contact us immediately through our Contact page. We can make changes only before an order has been dispatched. LunaDry is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
