What is your preorder policy?
We're currently accepting preorders with an estimated ship date of September 2026. While we don't anticipate any changes to this timeline, please note that shipping dates are subject to change in rare circumstances. If anything shifts, we'll notify you promptly via email so you're always in the loop.
What is your shipping policy?
Processing & Dispatch
LunaDry is currently in pre-order. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received — pre-order customers are first, no exceptions.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation.
Domestic Shipping — United States
We ship to all 50 states via USPS and UPS. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected speed.
International Shipping
Yes, we ship worldwide.
Shipping rates and carrier options are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected delivery speed. We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL — our fulfillment system selects the best available option for your order, or you can choose your preferred carrier and speed at checkout.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country upon delivery. These charges vary by country, are outside our control, and are not included in your order total at checkout. LunaDry is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
We recommend checking your country's import duty rates for apparel before placing your order if this is a concern.
Shipping Timeframes
Shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, customs processing for international orders, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. LunaDry is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been dispatched.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please visit our Contact page and our support team will look into it within 72 hours.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but your package has not arrived, please first check with neighbors and any secure delivery locations at your address. If you are still unable to locate your package, contact us through our Contact page within 7 days of the delivery date shown in your tracking. We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
LunaDry is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the correct address. However, we will do everything we can to help resolve the situation.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you need to correct an address, contact us immediately through our Contact page. We can make changes only before an order has been dispatched. LunaDry is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

What is your return policy?
We want you to sleep well — and if LunaDry is not working for you, we want to make it right.
We accept returns and exchanges within 45 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The item is unworn and unwashed
- The item is in its original packaging with tags attached
- You have your order confirmation email as proof of purchase
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of us receiving the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.
Exchanges for a different size or color ship within 3 business days of us receiving your return, subject to availability.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your LunaDry arrives with a manufacturing defect — a seam issue, an absorbency failure, or any damage that occurred before it reached you — we will replace it immediately at no cost to you. No return required for defective items. Just reach out to us using our Contact page and we will ship a replacement within 3 business days.
We stand behind every garment completely.
What if it just does not work for me?
If you wear LunaDry as directed and it does not perform as described — meaning the absorbency system does not work — email us. We will troubleshoot with you first, because in most cases the issue is solvable (fabric softener, for example, coats the fibers and reduces absorbency). If we cannot resolve it, we will make it right.
We did not build LunaDry to collect $175 from someone who is still waking up soaked. That is the opposite of the point.
A few notes on what we cannot accept back:
- Items that have been washed or worn (for hygiene reasons — this is sleepwear)
- Items returned after 45 days of delivery
- Items without proof of purchase
- Final sale items, if any are designated as such at the time of purchase
How does LunaDry work?
LunaDry uses a patent-pending internal system that draws perspiration away from your skin and holds it inside the garment — so you stay dry, your sheets stay dry, and your sleep stays uninterrupted. This is fundamentally different from moisture-wicking fabric, which only moves sweat across a surface without absorbing or containing it.
What makes LunaDry different from moisture-wicking sleepwear?
Moisture-wicking fabric moves sweat. It does not absorb it. When you are lying still in a dark room, barely moving, wicking fabric becomes saturated and that moisture travels straight to your sheets. LunaDry contains perspiration inside the garment instead of spreading it. That is the difference between waking up soaked and sleeping through the night.
What makes LunaDry different from cooling sleepwear?
Cooling sleepwear regulates temperature. LunaDry manages moisture. They solve different problems. If you have already tried cooling and you are still waking up soaked, temperature was never the issue — moisture containment was. That is exactly what LunaDry was built for.
Who is LunaDry for?
Anyone tired of waking up soaked. Specifically:
- Night sweats from menopause or perimenopause
- Medication-related sweating

Won't it feel wet once it absorbs sweat?
No. The layer touching your skin is designed to stay dry and comfortable even while the interior is working. This is what prevents that cold, clammy feeling that wakes most night sweat sufferers — the moisture is pulled away from your skin and held internally, not sitting against your body.
Will it make me hotter?
No. LunaDry is breathable and designed specifically for overnight wear. Because perspiration is pulled off your skin immediately, many wearers actually feel more temperature-balanced through the night than they do in standard sleepwear — wet fabric cooling against your skin is often what causes the temperature swings that wake you up.
Does it dry while I'm wearing it?
LunaDry is designed to contain moisture during the night, not evaporate it while you sleep. This is intentional. Fabrics engineered to dry while worn cannot absorb enough volume to protect your bedding — they move moisture, not hold it. LunaDry holds it safely inside until morning, when you wash and reset.
How does it stay sanitary?
LunaDry's construction includes antimicrobial properties in the fabric system, which inhibit the growth of odor-causing bacteria while you sleep. After wearing, wash it like any sleepwear — regular detergent, machine wash cold — and sweat, bacteria, and odor are removed completely. Absorbency fully resets after every wash.
Is this like an adult diaper or incontinence product?
No. LunaDry is not a medical product and is not designed or constructed like one. It looks, fits, and feels like premium sleepwear. The absorbency is built invisibly inside the garment — there is no bulk, no crinkle, no clinical appearance. If you saw someone wearing it, you would see a beautifully constructed one-piece sleep suit. Nothing else.
Does it protect my sheets?
Yes. Containing perspiration inside the garment is the entire design objective. LunaDry significantly reduces or eliminates moisture transfer to bedding — particularly compared to moisture-wicking sleepwear, which actively moves sweat outward toward your sheets.
What sizes do you carry?
XS through 5X. LunaDry runs true to size. If you are between sizes, size up — the four-way stretch fabric moves with your body and the coverage does not compromise.
What colors are available?
Black, Midnight Charcoal, Deep Blue, and Lunar Grey. All colors are available across the full size range, XS through 5X.
How do I wash and care for LunaDry?
Machine wash cold. Tumble dry low, or air dry. Use regular detergent. Do not use fabric softener — it coats the fibers and reduces absorbency over time. Do not bleach. Do not iron. Absorbency fully resets after every wash. Built for nightly wear and long-term performance.
How often should I wash it?
After every wear — the same as any sleepwear. This maintains hygiene, removes odor, and keeps the absorbency performing at its best.
Is LunaDry a medical product?
No. LunaDry is premium sleepwear. It is not a medical device, not a regulated health product, and not intended to treat, diagnose, or cure any condition. It is designed to help you sleep more comfortably if night sweats are disrupting your rest.
Is the patent pending?
Yes. LunaDry's internal moisture management system is patent pending in the United States. The specific technology, construction, and zoned absorbency architecture are protected.
